ABOUT BREAKOUT RECORDS

BreakOutRecords.us. is a new Independent Label providing the Opportunity for Lyrically Talented individuals of all ages to be able to express themselves, share their songs, rhymes, and stories through their art. We are focused on getting today's youth, ex-cons, and etc...off of the streets as well as keeping the unfortunates out of the prison systems that have the gift of song and/or rhyming.

 We hope to be able to establish our artist as positive role models for our future generations with positive messages of songs and rhymes. Our goals to success is to inspire those struggling with the gift of songs and rhymes by creating, writing, composing, musical compositions for those low income with talent to be heard, and possibly get the attention of major labels for that opportunity to make it big. We Made it publishing.org is an extension of BreakOutRecords.us geared towards keeping the funds available for our artist next project if they so desire to stay with our label. As well as to keep both companies afloat for video productions, promotional advertisements, etc.

APPOINTMENTS

To schedule an appointment, call 917-215-1180 

Must be made one week in advance on Fridays and Saturdays.
Missed and late appointments (unless of my doing) will be paid for the hours booked.

In the event that I have to reschedule a session, NO ADDITIONAL FEES.
You will agree to the full payment for the hour if you are late for your allotted time and the full payment of $40 for rescheduling.  All recording sessions are to be completed by 10pm regardless of day of the week or holiday.  So please be prompt.

Note: This is a private residence.  Therefore, only the artist is able to attend. No exceptions for friends, family, homeboys, or homegirls.  No drugs, weapons, or anything illegal allowed into the residence.

PLEASE BE ADVISED: I do not sample other artists music so do not ask me copy another artists work.  To use one of my already written, arranged, and recorded compositions or beats, there is no extra fee, but you agree to paying __% royalties and publishing to me per composition or beat.  You also agree that all recorded sessions are the sole property of BreakOut Records/ Jason Heyliger Psuedo Master Jay Cee to keep unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.


FEES

 Recording Fee:  

$40 per hour

$20 per additional hour if I am creating a beat from scratch - you also agree to pay me __% royalties from the composition.

ALL PAYMENTS WILL BE MADE PRIOR TO ANY RECORDINGS, CREATING, AND COMPOSITION ARE DONE.  ALL COPYRIGHT FORMS WILL BE COMPLETELY FILLED OUT AND SIGNED BY ALL PARTIES INVOLVED IN THE PROJECT(S) RECORDED.
